  1. Stand up in make a big circle. Do it with the Circle Song.
  2. ๐ŸŒ (say in English) Where is your head?
  3. Let children show it.
  4. ๐ŸŒ (English) Where are your shoulders? If children don't know, translate it into Swahili.
  5. Let children show their shoulders.
  6. ๐ŸŒ Where are your knees?
  7. Let children show their knees.
  8. ๐ŸŒ Where are your toes?
  9. Let children show them.
  10. ๐ŸŒ Ask for eyes, ears, mouth and nose.
  11. Let children show the body parts.
  12. Repeat the parts in English and let children repeat.

Singing:

  1. Sing the whole song. 
    You can either use the loudspeakers or sing without.
  2. Sing this song every day.
